Team Spotlight: Team Armitage Rob and Deb Armitage are a husband and wife team of Sales Representatives with Coldwell Banker Essential Realty in Windsor. As a team, they can offer their combined knowledge, experience, and real estate resources to their clients throughout Windsor and Essex County. As a team, Rob and Deb needed a shared brand and message that reflects both of them and their real estate expertise. We created a team logo for Rob and Deb that includes both of their names as well as “Team Armitage” in it so clients would know they are getting the backing of a team of Sales Representatives as well as introduce Rob and Deb individually and give their brand a personal touch. With their new brand in place, we custom designed and developed a new Real Estate Solution website for Team Armitage. Agent Spotlight: Albert Kantarjian Albert Kantarjian was already an established and successful Sales Representative with Coldwell Banker Essential Realty in Windsor, Ontario before coming to Real Estate Solution. He had been a top producer for his brokerage for over five years, and was one of the top producers for Coldwell Banker in all of Canada. So why did he come to Real Estate Solution? Brokerage Spotlight: Royal LePage Binder Real Estate Royal LePage Binder is the second-largest real estate brokerage in the Windsor district, with seven total branches and over a hundred Sales Representatives and Brokers in the area. Royal LePage Binder was seeking a web solution to not only compete more effectively in the Windsor-Essex County Real Estate Market, but also to better manage their own brokerage. Their requirements included a lead-generating, optimized, professional website with daily property listing automation from the local and national boards, lead management tools, integrated applications to run their brokerage better, agent intranet, and a platform that could continue to grow without the need to purchase a new website. Despite the availability of numerous real estate website options on the market, no out-of-box solution was available that could take care of upgrading all of these areas.
