Royal LePage Binder came to Real Estate Solution originally looking for a new website that could evolve with them over time and incorporate all of the newest features without having to having to start over each time a significant new feature becomes available. First, Real Estate Solution designed a custom website for Royal LePage Binder in 2012 to give them a more modern look. The frontend of their website was updated again in 2017 to give users an even more intuitive experience and give Royal LePage Binder’s website a cutting-edge look and feel. These redesigns were completed without having to start over with a brand new website, and instead were built on their existing solution to save them money and not require downtime.
Property listings for Royal LePage Binder’s website have evolved over time as well. Real Estate Solution switched them from the local board to listings from the national board, with properties being automatically updated daily so buyers can get the most recent listings and sellers don’t have to wait for their properties to appear on the RLB website. Over time we have made it even easier for interested buyers to find properties through the Royal LePage Binder website, including browsing by neighbourhood and a customized internal site search that allows users to find properties by almost any criteria they have.
To help them manage their brokerage better, we implemented an intranet system in the backend system to allow the brokerage and agents to communicate more effectively, distribute documents, and get information to help the sales team be more effective while allowing the brokerage to better manage its operations. An E-Concierge service also allows them to place and manage ads throughout their website to generate more revenue, while a service provider microsite allows Royal LePage Binder to generate separate leads for each listed provider.
We’ve continued to provide ongoing services for Royal LePage Binder Real Estate as well.
